Mental Transmutation: Changing Thought Patterns An Introduction

We are here to balance all body form's. An overabundance in one such as mental will cause an imbalance in another.

Our body forms/fields consist of physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, etheric, astral, auric.

We are not just our mind or our body we see this as we experience emotions, although how we experience them & interpret them is a part of our mental state.

Our mental state/thought patterns can be adjusted & changed based on effort/will, & perseverance (steadfastness in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success).

The question would be what is it what pattern/thought form do I have that no longer serves, & what would be a replacement for that.

Example: I cannot do ________.

It is unnecessary to put out that you can do this thing if you are not feeling that you can. However, changing the thought to

I choose not to do________ at this time, or I am working on_________, will put you in a state of motion to come closer to your goal.

As with anything steps are required, be gentle with yourself, keep going & as you open your mind to possibilities the results will begin to show, and the way will become clearer.
